Organic Food

A large number of our population, mainly elders, children and patients have started preferring organic food to the non- organic or the conventional food products. This has been mainly due to the speculation and belief that organic food products are healthier when compared to the non organic food products and that they do not contain any chemical components in the form of preservatives, pesticides, insecticides etc.

This has resulted into the opening of special organic food restaurants. A few of the organic food restaurants are:

Pure (Taj Land’s End): This hotel is the signature restaurant of the hotel and serves food which is prepared using organic products. The hotel also makes sure that it does not include saturated fat while preparing various cuisines.

E- Inn: This hotel which is situated in Bangalore is an exclusive business hotel and is also considered to be one of the biggest ones serving only organic food and food products. The hotel does not even serve meat and does not even allow its guests to consume alcohol in the hotel. The hotel owners are infact planning to open more outlets of this vegetarian and organic food restaurant in various parts of the country.

Kadalivanam: This restaurant which was established in the year 2004 is referred to as a natural health restaurant makes use of organic food and has a large number of special dishes which specifically cater to various diseases. The restaurant serves various healthy and organic juicfes such as dates juice, carrot juice, cucumber juice, ash gord juice for various patients.

For any organic food restaurant to do well, extra measures need to be taken in order to ensure the quality of the food products.
